How do I receive my ticket?+
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll get an email with a PDF and a unique QR code. You can also view it under 'My Tickets' in your account.
Can I request a refund?+
Yes, up to 7 days before the event. After that, the pass is non-refundable, but you can transfer it to another dancer.
How do the Couple and Group categories work?+
When you buy a Couple pass you register both names at checkout. For Group, you register every member (minimum and maximum depending on the category).
Do I need prior experience to compete?+
No. The World Latin Dance Cup welcomes amateur and professional dancers. Categories are split by level so you compete in your own league.
What happens if the event is canceled?+
